About me

I'm a certified hypnotherapist, consciousness explorer & beauty admirer ⚘

My background is in psychology, hypnotherapy & subconscious work. This is the human, grounded element of my approach, which addresses how our minds operate and how to change them. This sits alongside my fascination with Vedic Philosophy, altered states of consciousness, and anything to do with occult (hidden) knowledge. Together these led me to devote myself to understanding consciousness through the lens of beauty, and the deeper patterns behind how we experience ourselves & show up in the world.

Ultimately, my takeaway is that beautification and enhancement of self can absolutely be a gateway to the divine ✧

Philosophy

We were never supposed to hate our bodies, feel uncomfortable being seen, or be so disconnected from our physical vessels. Our bodies are a direct line to the divine. They are our bridge between the realm of light (spiritual) and matter (physical).

If you are reading this, you likely have an aesthetic-oriented soul. That means that you are drawn to the process of beautification not for vanity. But as a gateway to higher states of consciousness, whether you are aware of it or not.

Various traditions, philosophies and wellbeing protocols have written about the utility of beauty from all sorts of perspectives. Functional, spiritual, societal, just to name a few. They describe beauty as being valuable for different reasons, but they all agree that it is.

The same ancient Indian philosopher who popularised the idea of Maya (illusory nature of reality) wrote a poem revering the female expression of consciousness (Shakti) with her beauty within, as well as her beauty without.

The truth being hinted everywhere in different forms, is that waking up to our true nature as consciousness, is the one and the same realisation that aligns us with our most perfect form - the divine beauty blueprint.

And I can attest to this. When I slowly became aware of this and released the distortions that had accumulated in my being, my physical form shifted. My face became more symmetrical and developed. My body shape became more attractive. My hair became denser and fuller. I think my favourite change was how the intensity of my eyes increased. I realise now why they call them the window to the soul...

But it’s not all physical, a lot of it is internal. That’s actually the most life-changing part. The way your body starts to feel like your safe space, your home. A place where you feel more free and relaxed than you’ve ever felt in your life. No matter what you’re doing, where you are, who you’re with, you get to enjoy the whole of Being.
